Online survey application for colleges/universities. Application is responsive at desktop, tablet, and mobile sizes. Students can begin surveys and complete them at a later date. Survey pages are populated dynamically from a MySQL database using PHP, and student responses are stored in the database. Faculty and administrators can view summarized results by section, course, instructor, and department. Results are displayed in a custom expanding JavaScript table. Administrators can upload CSV files to add students, instructors, courses, and semester schedules to the database.
